регистрация за пределами аэропорта
Процедура авиарегистрации за пределами аэропорта, которая включает в себя обслуживание пассажиров и обработку багажа (регистрация, продажа билетов, маркировка и выдача багажа) за пределами аэропорта и требует участия ряда функций и объектов ОКОИ, а также внешних организаций и государственных органов. Во время Олимпийских и Паралимпийских игр этот процесс обычно осуществляется в Олимпийской (или Паралимпийской) деревне или же в установленных местах проживания для больших групп клиентов, например, для гостей маркетинг- партнеров или съемочных групп вещательных организаций.

off-airport processing (OAP)
Airline check-in process located outside the airport. OAP refers to passenger and baggage processing (check-in/ticketing/baggage tagging and collection) outside the airport and involves a number of OCOG functions and venues, as well as external agencies and state authorities. For an Olympic and Paralympic Games this process is usually conducted at the Olympic (or Paralympic) Village, or at nominated accommodation sites for large groups, typically marketing partner guests or broadcast crews.
